SKEPURS Society for Social Welfare is a non-profit organisation registered in India (Registration No. 03/27/01/26200/24). Our office is at 297, Indrapuri, Indrapuri Main Road, near Bhanwar Kuan Chauraha, Indore 452001, Madhya Pradesh.

When you donate, you are entering into a one-time or recurring contribution to SKEPURS Society for Social Welfare. Donations are non-transferable and, except as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, non-refundable.

Donations support our missions — Mission Spandan (health camps), Mission Samvaad (women's health), and Mission Swavlamban (therapy for disabled children) — and the operating costs of running them. Specific designations (e.g. a named campaign) are honoured to the extent the campaign is still open at the time of receipt.

You agree not to use the site to do anything unlawful, harmful, or that interferes with other people's use of it. Specifically:

• Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Do not upload anything that is defamatory, obscene, or that infringes someone's rights.
• Do not use automated scrapers, bots, or load-testing tools without our written permission.
• Do not impersonate SKEPURS staff, beneficiaries, or volunteers.

The photographs, written content, and design of this site are owned by SKEPURS Society for Social Welfare or licensed to us by the people pictured. You may share short excerpts and link back, but you may not republish full articles, photographs of beneficiaries, or our brand assets without written permission.

Press kit assets are available for legitimate journalistic use at /media.

Payments are processed by reputable Indian payment gateways. Their terms apply to the payment transaction itself. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We make best efforts to keep this site accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every figure is current to the second. Programme outcomes described on the site are typical results, not guaranteed for every beneficiary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKEPURS's liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you have donated to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

We may update these terms occasionally. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. For material changes, we will email registered donors and volunteers in advance.
