Where we ship from
Every order is packed and dispatched from the SKEPURS office in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. We hold a small stock of each item; we don't drop-ship and we don't use third-party warehouses.
How we ship
Orders are sent by courier. We choose the courier based on your delivery address, the weight and fragility of the item, and what reaches your area reliably. You'll receive the courier name and tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed over.
How long it takes
Dispatch and delivery timelines depend on the product:
- Stationery (bookmarks, magnets, calendars, diaries) — dispatched within 3–5 working days, delivered within 5–10 working days across India.
- T-shirts and merchandise — dispatched within 5–7 working days, delivered within 7–12 working days.
- Paintings (mini canvas + larger pieces) — packed by hand with extra care. Dispatched within 7–14 working days; delivery time depends on size and destination.
- Remote pin codes may take longer. We'll flag it on your order if so.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Larger paintings may have a higher rate; we'll confirm before dispatch if anything is unusual. For bulk orders or institutional purchases, email skepursociety@gmail.com and we'll quote shipping directly.
Do you ship outside India?
Not at the moment. We are based in Indore and currently ship within India only. If you are abroad and want to order, please write to skepursociety@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do on a case-by-case basis (no promises).
Damaged or lost in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, email skepursociety@gmail.com with your order number and (if you can) a photo of the packaging within 48 hours of delivery (or 14 days of the dispatch email if it never arrived).
We'll take it up with the courier and replace the item where the courier accepts liability. This is the only situation in which we replace shop items — see the refund policy for the full picture.
